(Review) Methylcobalamin or Cyanocabalmin? What is the best B-12 supplement?

  1. I appreciate the post, but I’ve been a vegan for eight years, and never taken a B-12 supplement, never taken any supplement or vitamin, period. I’m sixty-five, clear-headed, feel great, exercise, swim, bike, walk. I’m not sure I can feel any better or any more energetic. Hmm, but who knows, eh?
